Only what your storefront already serves to any visitor: your public product feed and a few product pages. No login, no app install, no access to orders or customers. Nothing in your store is ever changed.
Where does the benchmark come from?
We scanned 294 verified Australian Shopify stores in August 2026 and kept the score distribution. Your percentile is your position in that sample, not an invented industry average. Two categories are big enough to stand on their own, 153 coffee roasters and 62 fashion stores, so those get their own benchmark. Everything else is compared against the full 294 and the page says so.
Why is a sold-out product a problem?
Often it isn't. Plenty of brands keep them live on purpose. It matters when those pages are still indexed and still soaking up paid clicks that can never convert. The report shows you which ones so you can decide for yourself.
